Ecoshopper (a brand of 2Win Srl) promotes a corporate culture based on ethics, transparency, and responsibility. For this reason, we provide a whistleblowing system that allows you to report, securely and confidentially, any behavior that does not comply with our values or applicable regulations.
Who can report a whistleblower?
- Employees;
- Collaborators and consultants;
- Suppliers and partners;
- Self-employed workers;
What can be reported?
È possibile segnalare, a titolo esemplificativo:
- Violations of laws and regulations;
- Illegal or unethical behavior;
- Fraud, corruption, or conflicts of interest;
- Health, safety, and environmental violations;
- Violations of company procedures and principles.
How to report a whistleblower
Reports can be submitted through dedicated channels that guarantee maximum confidentiality:
- By communicating with the Directors and/or the
- HR department;
- Reports to ANAC;
Protection of the whistleblower
The company guarantees:
- The confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity;
- The protection of personal data;
- The prohibition of any form of retaliation, discrimination, or penalization.
Management of Reports
In order to respect confidentiality, the whistleblower’s identity is protected in every context. The whistleblower’s identity cannot be revealed without their consent. Any violation of the obligation of confidentiality is grounds for disciplinary action.
Each report is carefully, impartially, and confidentially analyzed by designated persons. The whistleblower will receive a response within the timeframe established by applicable law.
Protection of Persons Involved
Reported persons are also protected and treated in accordance with the principles of fairness, presumption of innocence, and confidentiality.
Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is processed exclusively for the management of reports, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
